안녕하세요. 2022년, 정부의 지원을 통해 수료가능한 코스를 안내해드립니다.

아래 코스들은 NSW에 거주하는 교민 및 거주 주민 (영주권자 혹은 시민권자) 여러분에 한해 정부지원을 통한 수료가 가능합니다.

에이지드케어 I 디스어빌리티케어 Individual Support I Disability / Aged Care 에이지드/디스어빌리티케어는 노인 및 장애자의 건강과 웰빙 관리를 돕는 것 이상으로 그들의 정신적, 사회적 웰빙도 돌볼 수 있도록하는 것입니다. 평소의 삶에서는 볼 수없는 다양한 종류의 사람들과 소통 할 수있는 좋은 기회가 될 수 있습니다. 무엇보다도 이쪽 케어러 분야에서 일하는 것은 나이 제한이 없고 (평균연령 40 - 50대) 일에 대한 보람 그리고 그에 합당한 보상이 있기 때문에 많은 분들이 도전하는 분야입니다. **

특히 에이지드케어 분야에 대한 정부의 지원은 계속해서 확대 될 것으로 예상됩니다. 호주의 고령화 인구가 증가하고 있으며 전문 지원 인력에 대한 수요도 증가하고 있습니다. 노인 간호가 필요한 사람들의 수는 2050 년까지 두 배가 될 것이며, 호주 정부는 5 년 동안 약 179,000 개의 일자리가있을 것으로 예상하고 있습니다. 현재 노후대책 또는 실업에 대하여 걱정하고 있다면 에이지드/디스어빌리티 케어를 미래에 대비할 수있는 경력으로 준비두시는걸 추천드립니다.
